True to size I am 150 5’4 3/4” tall and I fit in a small. It is 100% cotton so if you wash and forget to not dry it in the dryer then maybe size up. Material is nice and thick and the tie makes a nice hour glass shape. Sleeves are longer which is nice. Thick enough you don’t need a slip don’t tell my mom 😂😂
